Do you have a restaurant?
From October to March on Friday & Saturday nights with some Thursdays & Sundays Tom cooks a single, no-choice menu of Isle of Wight produce.
We don’t have a restaurant in summer, we serve wine with cheese & charcuterie plates.
When do you serve wine & snacks for non-residents?
Tuesday - Friday: 12-5pm
Saturday & Sunday: By reservation 12-5pm
Monday: Closed
Do you allow dogs?
Yes! Dogs can stay in our annex bedroom & spend time in our glass pergola. Please enter through the pergola with your four-legged friends rather than through the main house.
Do you allow children?
Yes! Our annex bedroom has an extra futon bed and you are welcome to bring a cot. All rooms in the main house are adults only. Well-behaved children are welcome in our glass pergola but we do not have high chairs or food specifically for children,
Do you have any twin rooms?
No. All our bedrooms have super king beds that cannot be split. Our annex room does have a single futon bed which can be made up for a child.
Do you have parking?
We have a parking space for every room each reserved for our residents.
Do you offer ferry travel?
We offer discounted ferry rates to all our resident guests. Details will be emailed upon booking.
Do you allow non residents?
Yes! We are open Tuesday to Sunday from 12-5pm serving wine, cheese & charcuterie in our glass pergola. To maintain a calm, tranquil ambiance we are reservation only on Saturday & Sunday. You can reserve by emailing bookings@theterraceventnor.co.uk
Do you have a phone number?
No, unfortunately, along with fast internet, we are still waiting! We are pretty quick at replying to emails though.
Do you serve any food?
We serve cheeses, charcuterie, olives & nuts. Perfect to go with a glass, or bottle of wine. 12-5pm Tuesday - Sunday.
Are you open for dinner?
Only from October to March. Our wine room dinners run at weekends where we have up to 14 seats available around a single table for a no-choice set menu with the option of paired wines. Although our residents get first refusal for seats, we offer a reserve list for non-residents and contact them if seats become available on their chosen night.
Can you cater for private groups and events?
Where all 6 rooms are booked, we very happy to discuss any events for up to 20 guests. We have a great relationship with The Hambrough right behind us so can organise extra bedrooms as required.
