Winter Wine Experience Stays

A roaring fire, stormy sea-views, 700 bottles of wine from all over the globe: our two-day winter wine experience stays are for friends, families or colleagues who want to immerse themselves in wine.

From October to March we offer two-night package stays for groups of 4-12, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate away days, or just creating memories with your nearest & dearest.

Each stay comprises four different wine tastings where you’ll learn about how wines are made, why they taste as they do, how different grapes, countries & vintages compare, & how you can build confidence in finding bottles & styles you love.

Everything is tailored to your group - we will explore wine styles & grapes you’re interested in, theme our tastings as educational or competetive fun, & create food matches you’ll all love.

Check in Monday to Thursday from 3pm.
At 5pm start your stay with a sparkling wine tasting learning about key styles of fizz.
At 7pm enjoy a three course dinner in our wine room with six paired wines. Try different wines with different dishes to expand your wine matching knowledge & inspiration.
Relax by the fire to finish off your wines together before retiring to your beautiful rooms.
After a four course breakfast take time to relax or get to know the area.
From 1pm you’ll start the days tastings with whites then a second session on reds over plates of cheese & charcuterie.
At 5pm we’ll host a final rose & orange wine tasting and describe the wines chosen to pair with your dinner at Drunken Lobster.
Enjoy the Omakase menu at Drunken Lobster with our paired wines.
After another four course breakfast checkout is at 11am.

Prices for eight guests start from £3500 including rooms, all wine, three meals & two breakfasts.
